Rioned ProfiJet

A van-mounted sewer jetting unit with a 150 bar / 100 L/min high-pressure water pump, an 80-meter hose reel and a hot-water system for drain clearing and cleaning.

The Rioned ProfiJet is a compact sewer jetting unit that can be mounted on a van for small and mid-scale drainage work. Its standard 800-liter water system (expandable up to 2,400 liters depending on the carrier vehicle's payload capacity) is fed by a water pump running at 150 bar and 100 L/min, powered by a diesel auxiliary engine. An 80-meter high-pressure hose reel, mounted on a chassis that swivels 90° left-right at the rear of the vehicle, winds and unwinds hydraulically; a separate stand allows 180° rotation with mechanical locking at various angles. All functions are operated from a control panel mounted on the same swiveling stand as the hose reel. Hot water is supplied using the auxiliary engine's exhaust heat, with no separate power source required — speeding up work on frozen or greasy blockages. The unit can be used with various drain-clearing nozzle heads: egg, rotating piercing, triangular, oval, large, and root-cutting types.
