To keep customer satisfaction first after the sale, we run customer satisfaction surveys and make customer visits.
We keep meticulous records for every vehicle we sell and track all maintenance, parts replacement and similar work carried out on it. We meet our customers' service and maintenance needs through our central service centre in the Metal-İş Sanayi Sitesi in İkitelli, İstanbul, our mobile service teams and our contracted service partners.
We carry out periodic vehicle maintenance, supply spare parts and provide every kind of technical support related to the vehicle. We continually examine how well we are delivering these services and how we could serve better still, and we run surveys so that we can act on our customers' criticism and suggestions.
