Vactor 7500 Lt

A 4X2 combination sewer cleaning truck with a John Deere diesel engine, a 170 bar high-pressure water pump and 14,000 m³/hour vacuum capacity — clearing 120-200 meters of sewer line in a single pass.

The Vactor 7500 Lt is a combination sewer-cleaning truck developed specifically for infrastructure cleaning and maintenance, combining high vacuum power with a pressurized water system. Mounted on a 4X2 chassis, it's powered by a 6-cylinder, 185 HP John Deere diesel engine. It carries a 4.5 m³ debris tank made from wear-resistant ex-ten steel and 3,000-liter aluminum (Al50) water tanks. Its single-piston, hammer-impact 170 bar water pump runs at an adjustable flow of 0-300 L/min and can run dry for up to 30 minutes. A dual centrifugal fan vacuum system delivers at least 14,000 m³/hour of vacuum power; with its 200 mm suction pipe, it can clear a 120-200 meter length of sewer line in a single pass and suck from depths of up to 20 meters. It's equipped with a 120-meter, 1-inch high-pressure hose reel and a 10-meter wash-down hose; a telescopic boom that rotates 270° gives it a wide working range. It's used effectively by municipalities, environmental service companies, port operators, industrial facilities and highway authorities.
