This model is a truck-mounted sweeper with a 7.2 m³ hopper, built for municipal and construction/road-maintenance operations that need high-capacity sweeping performance in the 15-18 tonne chassis class. Its corrosion-resistant 4003 stainless steel hopper, reinforced with a protective coating, is paired with a water tank ranging from 1,800 to 2,500 liters. Scarab's own hydrostatic gearbox system powers the sweeping components directly from the carrier vehicle's own engine, removing the need for a separate auxiliary engine — cutting fuel consumption and noise while increasing payload capacity. A 905.5mm stainless steel roof-mounted fan, with an optional high-speed fan system, delivers strong suction performance. Reaching a sweep width of 2,365 mm in single mode and 3,200 mm in dual-sweep mode, it delivers high-capacity performance and can be mounted on a range of chassis brands including DAF, Iveco, MAN, Mercedes-Benz and Volvo.
