The ESMAN ES1500 is a 100% electric street sweeper designed to deliver uninterrupted hygiene in city centres, parks, ports and industrial areas, with advanced lithium battery technology, high suction power and an environmentally friendly design. Its practical operation, refined styling and rugged build for demanding site conditions bring high efficiency to modern municipal services. Powerful Battery and Long Range The vehicle carries a large 70 kWh (307 V / 230 Ah) Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery pack. Offering high safety standards and a long service life, this battery system allows up to 12 hours of uninterrupted operation on a single charge. It delivers environmentally friendly performance with low maintenance costs and zero-emission operation. Outstanding Sweeping Performance and Flexible Use With a 1.5 m³ (1,500 litre) stainless steel hopper and a 700 mm suction nozzle width, it cleans a wide range of surfaces — from gravel to asphalt, and from car parks to construction and mining sites. A sweeping width adjustable between 1.6 and 2.4 metres and a sweeping speed of 5-12 km/h let it easily pick up standing water, fallen leaves, sand and heavy gravel waste. Advanced Technical Equipment and Functional Features Its permanent-magnet synchronous motor and 12 V VCU vehicle control unit provide stable power output and low energy consumption. The on-board high-pressure washing gun allows both detailed cleaning of road surfaces and washing down of the vehicle itself. A one-touch waste water discharge system prevents clogging in rainy weather, while a manual hopper lifting pump makes maintenance straightforward. Ergonomic Cab and Operator Comfort The cab has a twin-seat layout so two people can work together. A touchscreen control panel and one-touch start button make it practical to operate. An air conditioning system with built-in heating and cooling keeps the operator comfortable whatever the season.
