Esman Y9T

A multi-purpose road-washing vehicle mountable on different truck chassis, with a 9,000-liter stainless steel water tank and PTO-driven low/high-pressure pumps.

The Esman Y9T is a multi-purpose road-washing vehicle that can be mounted on different truck chassis. Its 9,000-liter CrNi stainless steel water tank is fed by two PTO-driven pumps: a low-pressure pump (10 bar at 3,000 rpm, 2,000 L/min) and a high-pressure pump (200 bar at 1,100 rpm, 100 L/min). Two spray nozzles at the front and two at the rear can be operated separately or together. Three types of spray nozzles cover different use cases, and a 50-meter reel hose with a water gun at its tip is included for high-pressure washing. The front-mounted wash bar's height is adjustable from the driver's cab, and the vehicle can wash while in motion. The nozzles and all valves are made of stainless steel to AISI/DIN standards. The system gives an audible and visual alert when the water tank runs low, and the pumps are controlled from the driver's cab. An aluminum-alloy access ladder, roller-shutter aluminum side cabinets, and work lights for night operations are also fitted.
